HazeMD is a Megadrive / Genesis emulator based on the MAME code. It works in exactly the same way MAME does.

Gens+ REWiND! is an Emulator with added support for real-time rewinding! Feel free to call this feature "sands of time" if you want ;)
During gameplay you can press a button and the game gets rewound, release the button and you can continue playing.

这些都是值得推荐使用的，未列出的都是不推荐的或非主流的。
下面我就来一句话点评这些模拟器，为什么要一句话？因为往往模拟器好不好都是归结于一个总体印象(其实是懒)。

Kega Fusion：目前最强的，但可能细节上还不一定能适应每个人的偏好。
Gens：Gens是作为一个老牌并标准的模拟器被广为传播的，但已经有很多年没有更新，功能较少，而且现在主流模拟器已经很少要强制切换到16位色了，基本可以看作是网络对战专用模拟器。
Gens Plus!：Gens的加强版，很好用，可以在32位色下运行，设置也体贴，是我用过很长一段时间的模拟器，现在可以用Fusion或Gens/GS替代了。
Gens32 Surreal：最初是以能在32位色下运行为卖点，故命名Gens32，当然现在这已经不算什么，但这个模拟器仍有很多你想不到的功能。只是作者有点过于个性，一般只顾开发，不注重推广和普及工作，而且作者自己都不做中文版的翻译，所以有些难以把握。
Gens/GS：目标是集合所有Gens系模拟器的特色功能的模拟器，可是在显示的颜色上有点问题。
Regen：我对这个并不是很了解，但至少目前阶段没有满足我的要求，谁有兴趣的试过后评价一下吧。
HazeMD：用法似乎和MAME差不多，不过我不熟悉。
Gens+ REWIND!：功能上是Gens和Gens Plus!的混合物(可惜也是强制16位色)，不同的是如果你按住特定的一个键，游戏就不会往前发展，而是后退，就像倒带一样。
Gens Rerecording：做Gens录像用，TAS网站都用它，可以取代先前版本(如Gens Movie Test 8/9)。

好啊，其实模拟器到他们作者的主页下最方便，但外文的，国内玩家一般不吃这一套。

Kega Fusion挺好，支持多种机型，有些gens不能玩的32x游戏它可以。好像作者是用win32汇编语言设计的，执行效率比较高
