老鹰自1971年组建到1982年解散，伴随美国人度过了整个70年代，他们不仅是Grammy大奖的常客，也是每张唱片都是金唱片的骄子，后来更是“摇滚名人祠”和“硬石餐厅”(HARD ROCK CAFE)追星式的收藏对象。虽然自1982年解散以来，他们有整整12年的时间没有在一起登台演唱，但当1994年复出后，歌迷对他们的疯狂程度却有增无减，这不能不说是流行乐坛上的一个奇迹。这首《Love Will Keep Us Alive》就是他们复出后的一首作品，从中可以感受到老鹰柔情的那一面。
